摘要
The issues of ecological and environmental protection about rivers have become the focus over the world.. In the Yellow River, shortage of water resources is facing serious ecological and environmental problems because of high intensity human activities. This paper analyzed the water ecological environment status quo of the Yellow River Basin, and put forward the countermeasures; meanwhile this study took Xiaolangdi Hydropower Project Environment Impact Post Assessment for example, analyzed the post assessment' s positive role in the ecological and environmental protection of the lower reaches of the Yellow River, and it will have a great significance in the management.
