摘要
Electrostatics is relatively independent parts of the theory of electromagnetism. It deals with the behavior of electric charges at rest or slow motion. It is a field in which the time derivative of all quantities involved are zero or near zero. This article specifies the measurement used for objectification of the causes of fire from the electrostatic charge/discharge, on the basis of measurements on models and, in model simulations. Further information on methodology TUPO[1], accredited by the Czech Institute for the AZL No. 1011.2 by TUPO Prague.
