摘要：
After introducing the content of knowledge management and digital libraries, the paper discusses about the necessity of constructing knowledge management in university digital libraries, the application of knowledge management in university digital libraries and organizing mechanism, technical mechanism, learning exchange mechanism and motivates mechanism of knowledge management in university libraries and puts forward a general framework of knowledge-management-oriented university digital libraries.
