摘要：

Let K be a complete discrete valuation field with residue field of positive characteristic. We study the Barsotti-Tate group of a K-1-motive and we give a condition to extend it to a logarithmic BT-group over the valuation ring. We compare two notions of monodromy appearing in the literature.
