摘要
Integration of renewable energy (RE) to electric grid has been paid more attentions in past decade; meanwhile, solar photovoltaic (PV) with fastest growing becomes the main stream than other energy resources. When PV power with high penetration integrates into the electric grid, it may lead system impacts that cannot disregard. In this paper, a stochastic analysis method is studied and applied to the assessment of PV integrations on the 11.4 kV distribution feeder that serves as offshore wind turbine (WT) testing site in Taiwan. Implementation of analysis method is carried out by MATLAB and OpenDSS co-simulation and the concept of PV hosting capacity is used to present the results. Furthermore, the smart inverter controls are discussed as well for the observing of the improving on PV hosting capacity when faces the different voltage problems.
