摘要：
This paper focuses on model reform and development of training high level players in the education system, based on the thought of supply chain management; lessons are drawn from theory of institutional. change and systematology. The paper makes further and systematic analysis existing problems and restricting factors in the development of cultivation system in the education system as well as issues such as exchange, sharing of information and resource, echelon tandem between lower and upper layers in the process of training players in education system, innovation model is hereby deduced and demonstrated.
