摘要：
With the deep implementation of ocean strategy, ocean sports tourist industry has obtained rapid growth, and the low-carbon concept economy puts forward higher requirements for the growth of ocean sports tourist industry. Based on this, this paper first studies the concept and basis of ocean sports tourism based on low-carbon concept, then analyzes the growth status and constraints of ocean sports tourist industry from the perspective of low-carbon concept, and finally puts forward the growth path and countermeasures of ocean sports tourist industry based on low-carbon concept.
