Research on Logistics System Planning Based on Hierarchical Control Technique

摘要
The logistics system planning is the difficult point in both logistics theory and practice. A new approach to logistics systems planning is put forward in this paper to plan and design the logistics systems on the basis of the hierarchical control theory, combined with the practical application in the field. The author suggested that the systems planning be composed of the location problem, networks structure problem, resource allocation problem and investment assessment, and the information transfer, feedback and control mechanism among sub-system is able to be described in way of hierarchical control. Therefore, the overall framework and sub-system design program for the logistics systems is argued in detail.
