On-Chip Optical Spectrometer Based on InGaN/GaN Wavelength-Selective Nanostructural Absorbers

摘要
We demonstrate an optics-free chip-scale optical spectrometer consisting of monolithically integrated semiconductor photodetectors that have inherent wavelength selectivity by local strain engineering. Computational spectral estimation of unknown incident light is also presented in visible range. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
