摘要
Because the testing method of plastic biodegradability in sediments is affected by the medium, it is easy to destroy and degrade and affect the reliability of the test. Therefore, a method for testing the biodegradability of plastics in sediments was proposed. Firstly, the test instruments and related reagents and materials are prepared, and the sediment is cultured to obtain the wet samples of the target pollutants. The test samples with high hydrophobic starch were prepared and mixed with wet samples of target pollutants. Various instruments are used to obtain the chemical structure of the sample. According to the results of mechanical properties, carbonyl index and molecular weight, the biodegradability of plastics was tested. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional test methods, the proposed method has higher degradation completion rate and reliability. The biodegradation method of plastics in sediment is more suitable for practical engineering research. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
