摘要
With the rapid development of global economy, technology, medicine, international trade, as well as the frequent communication of education and culture, Chinese universities frequently communicate with foreign universities. Nowadays, the fast reforms of society and world lead to the swift reforms of universities. University teachers are the leading guiders and practitioners. University teachers' comprehensive quality is very vital for improving education quality. This paper mainly researches the following qualities of university teachers: noble sentiment, love and devote to teaching, profound professional knowledge, strong research ability, master modern technology teaching methods, strong practice ability, frequent update knowledge, have liberal arts and science knowledge, impart knowledge and educate students to have good characters, make teachers themselves as good example to students, alert to observe the students' psychology changes, good manners appearance, good relationship with"others, treat students equally, have wide range interests, diverse evaluation of teaching effect. The continuous raising university teachers' comprehensive qualities leads vital role for developing social production, improving education quality, training high quality students, realizing China dream, and developing the society, country and world. The paper applies the following research methods: research method, observe method, literature research, compare and contrast method and information analysis. The difficult points of the paper research are lacking of the research material of foreign countries about university teachers' training, fewer chances for university teachers to go abroad for further study and insufficient research fund. The university teachers do not have enough chances for practicing in the enterprises and recruitment units for getting more experiences to guide students. There are not adequate teachers to flexibly test the students' real abilities of applying the knowledge to practice. The university teachers do not have free choice to use the valuable supplement knowledge and delete some out of date text knowledge. The teachers do not have free decision for the examination marks proportion. The conclusion of the paper is the university teachers should not be satisfied with current situation, communicate more with the excellent foreign teachers, improve teachers comprehensive qualities, to be brave for challenge and creation. The government and universities should invest more research money and make some policies to encourage and prize teachers' research, offer more chances for university teachers to be trained, practice, promote, in order to improve the education level of China and the world!
