摘要：
Electrochemical generation of the organometallic polymer [{Ru-o(bipy)(CO)(2)}(n)] by reduction of [Ru-II(trans-Cl-2)(bipy)(CO)(2)] proceeded via the formation of the corresponding dimer [{Ru-I(trans-Cl)(bipy)(CO2}(2)] and a tetrameric species; only dimers were formed by electroreduction of the [Ru-II(cis-Cl-2)(bipy)(CO)(2)] isomer or [(RuCl)-Cl-II(bipy){cis-(CO)(2)}(CO(2)Me)].
