摘要
In the supply chain manufacturing system, improvements in quality depend heavily on the implementation and coordination of total quality management activities upstream in suppliers' operations which involve not only in their own quality performance, but also in the quality. of goods delivered further downstream to consumers. This paper has researched the problem of production planning considered the influence of internal operational practices and the customer-supplier relationship on supplier quality performance for agile supply chain quality management. A model is built and its objective is to find an optimal production planning of maximizing the satisfactory degree for fuzzy due date subjected to the condition of cost and quality asked by the customer. Because the model cannot be solved effectively by the common method of optimization, the solving algorithm is given based on genetic algorithm. In the presented algorithm, the led mutation operation, the penalty technology, and elite election strategy can help genetic-searching fast into the feasible area. A lot of computational results have shown that presented approach is very effective.
