摘要：
Carbon nanotubes/chitosan (CNT/CS) composites have biologic and optoelectronic functions. With a brief introduction of the properties of carbon nanotubes and chitosan, the preparing methods and mechanism of composites, main applications, existent problems of CNT/CS composites are reviewed emphatically in this paper.
