摘要
A chip has been designed and tested to demonstrate the feasibility of operating a digital system from power generated by vibrations in its environment. Calculations show that power on the order of 800 mu W can be generated. Tests verify 1 MHz operation of a subband filter chip using only LO's of mu W of power.
