摘要：
New expressions, in terms of the ordinary and modified Bessel functions, are presented for the amplitudes of the output harmonic and intermodulation products of the Darlington composite bipolar junction transistor excited by a multisinusoidal input voltage. SPICE simulation results confirming the presented theory are included.
