Analysis of planar cavities of arbitrary shape using the Galerkin method with a basis that takes into account the edge singularity

摘要
The method for calculating complex resonance frequencies of planar (strip and slot) cavities of complicated shape is proposed. The technique is based on the solution of surface integral equations (IEs) by the Galerkin method, in which, unlike the known approaches, the basis functions are constructed on the entire surface of a domain of complicated shape and satisfy the condition on a metal edge.
