摘要
The properties of Co/CoO, exchange -coupled spin valves are explored at temperatures to 5 K. The spin valve structure is: 100 Angstrom CoOx/30Angstrom Co/30 Angstrom Cu/10 Angstrom Co/50 Angstrom NiFe/50 Angstrom Ti. Our discovery is the considerable differences between the properties of the spin valves for which the Coo, layer is prepared in different 02 concentrations. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V.
