摘要：
Knowledge management becomes primarily important for enterprises in the current knowledge economy. By referring Fraunhofer knowledge management model and analyzing value chains for management consulting firms, the paper establishes a general model for knowledge management available for such firms. In the end, the paper reassesses the model and proposes several measures for management losses in various kinds.
