摘要
The paper synthetically presents the results of the direct participation in the assimilation and diffusion of at? innovative family of products. The objectives followed and the means of reaching them have become a case stucco The ADISS method is based on precise objectives of "rapid adoption" of the innovative product. To this end, specific partial objectives have been structured, which have permitted on the whole, the preparation for a rapid diffusion, on the principles of client orientation. The basic contribution consists in structuring a method of approach on all levels within a firm, in product innovation and technologic diffusion. As a general conclusion, the method becomes useful within any company it can be generalized and developed, being a resource in technology management and in corporate culture. Application has confirmed the validity of the concept.
