摘要：
Polytrauma patients are uncommon cases usually admitted to the clinic on emergency basis. Their clinical condition requires complex management and treatment that involves specialists from more than one department. The initial hours after admission are usually crucial to stabilize and diagnose a patient as well as estimate the prognosis and potential costs of treatment. (C) 2016 Elsevier Inc.
