摘要
Improved techniques were developed for isolating DNA-hydrolyzing and DNA-binding autoantibodies from sera of patients with lymphoproliferative diseases, as well as a quantitative assay for the DNA-binding capacity, based on specific trapping of protein-oligodeoxyribonucleotide complexes on protein-A-Sepharose beads. The antibody-oligodeoxyribonucleotide binding constant thus determined was (1.8 +/- 0.2). 10(-10) M.
