摘要：
The E-commerce has satisfied people's needs to accomplish commercial activities efficiently and made some of the trading invisible. Negotiating, signing contract, ordering and receiving the goods are all done on the network. All these have caused new issues in the protection of copyright. This paper will probe into both the national and international legislation on copyright in the digital environment, then demonstrate various copyright problems concerning to the E-commerce.
