摘要
Building trade eco-efficiency is an important evaluation indicator that can effectively monitor the coordinated development degree of economic benefits, energy benefits and environmental benefits. Compared to building trade eco-efficiencies of other advanced countries, building trade eco-efficiency of China is still low because of several reasons. Based on the generalized gradient development theory,we selected energy consumption indicators, environmental pollution indicators, economic output indicators and 30 domestic provinces to calculate building trade eco-efficiencies of China's four regions. The result of empirical research showed that there was significant difference in building trade eco-efficiencies of China's four regions, and the significant difference was one important reason for building trade eco-efficiency of China being low; regional building trade eco-efficiencies of China were not fully synchronized with the regional economic gradient development status of China; overall development level of region was a decisive factor for regional building trade eco-efficiency; energy conversation awareness and environmental awareness were important influencing factors for regional building trade eco-efficiency. We wish that conclusions of the paper may contribute to promote building trade eco-efficiency of China.
