摘要：

The effects of the oil viscosity on the performance of a commercial centrifugal oil pump was investigated. The study was carried out by using the centrifugal oil pump of type 65Y60 based on API610 standard. To examine the effects of pump operating condition on the head and efficiency correction factor, the factors corresponding to part-loading points q = 0.6, 0.8 and over-loading point q=1.2 were also studied. It was found that the head correction factors were related to the pump operating conditions.
