摘要
The legislation from many countries mandates that the healthcare application systems (HAS) must keep logs/audit records of all the actions they perform. For interoperability reasons, a few standards are available (like HL7 or the IETF's RFC3881) that instruct how such data has to be collected and formatted. This document proposes an overall approach for a system that manages the audit information collected from heterogeneous HASes. The format of the audit information is documented in RFC3881 and the system will be named generically AMS (Audit Management System).
