摘要
Soil microbial diversity is crucial to forest ecological progress. Human disturbance often affects soil microbial composition and biodiversity which further influence ecological progress. We studied soil microbial functional diversity of Larix Kaempferi forest under different intensive disturbance using BIOLOG technology to provide information for forest management. Results showed that artificial disturbance has significant effect on soil microbial functional diversity. The average well color development (AWCD), richness index (H) and the substrate carbon source utilization (S) of Larix Kaempferi forest decreased firstly and than increased with the increase of disturbance. The AWCD, H and S value of forest under minor disturbance was 1.118, 3.208 and 26.154, respectively, less than the values of forest without disturbance. The utilization pattern of microbial carbon source of forests under disturbance was obviously different from the forest without disturbance. The change of soil microbial composition and biodiversity also resulted in the change of soil chemical properties.
