摘要
In this paper, a circularly polarized substrate integrated waveguide leaky-wave antenna with fast beam scanning is proposed. Meandering structure is adopted to improve the scanning rate. Circular polarization is realized by circular grooves on the ground plane and orthogonal slots on the top plane. The antenna has a seamless beam scanning from -42 degrees to 54 degrees within the bandwidth from 11.3 to 12.7 GHz, and maintains good circular polarization from 11.5 to 12.3 GHz. Meanwhile, the scanning rate of the proposed antenna is up to 8.2.
