摘要
The purpose of this research is to determine the relation of leader-member exchange and job satisfaction on job performance the employee of education department Provincial Banten. The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) leader-member exchange has a positive direct relation in job performance, (2) job satisfaction has a positive relation effect in job performance, (3) Leader-member exchange (LMX) has a positive direct relation in job satisfaction.
