摘要
Environmental Education institutions have a major role to play in meeting the diverse professional training needs of the teacher. Because of their flexibility, dynamic learning sites, rich institutional collaborative efforts and interesting and motivational delivery styles, education departments that are committed to longterm in-service training can be seen as leaders in teacher professional development. This paper provides practical ideas for forging cooperative ventures, the maintenance of partnerships, identifying teacher training teams, and examining administrative costs, benefits and pitfalls.
