Code Green A New Design Imperative for Healthcare Facilities

Nearly $200 billion of healthcare construction is expected by the year 2015, and the need for nurse leadership in the design of new healthcare facilities is more critical than ever to ensure optimal work environments for providers and healing environments for patients and families. This bimonthly department expands nurse leaders' knowledge and competencies in health facility design and enables them to lead in design efforts.
