摘要：

Tremendous advances in biocatalytic approaches to oligosaccharide synthesis have taken place in the past two years. The use of isolated enzymes, both glycosyl transferases and glycosidases, or engineered whole cells allows the preparation of natural oligosaccharides and analogs required for glycobiology research.
