Large single lateral rectus recession for the treatment of exotropia

摘要：
This article reports a study of 39 patients with small-angle exotropia, treated with a hang-hack recession of the lateral rectus of the non-dominant eye. We considered a satisfactory result to be an angle equal to or less than -8 prism diopter measured after 9 months post-operatively lack of significant complications led us to consider this method an effective treatment for small-angle exotropia.
