摘要
We present evidence for "cascaded" laser emission in Quantum Cascade lasers, demonstrating a dual wavelength (similar to 9.6 mu m and similar to 8.2 mu m) laser with two consecutive optical transitions in each active region. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America
