摘要
Unemployment is directly related to economic growth and stability. For a developing country like Bangladesh, the increasing rate of unemployment is a challenging issue that may hinder country's economic growth. When employers from various sectors are asked about why there are insufficient jobs for graduates despite the digital revolution the country is undergoing, they often quote that there aren't minimal qualified people to be employed. In the contrary, the graduates tell their suffering from not finding a suitable job in the job market when the same question is poised to them. To find unbiased data about both ends, we have conducted extensive survey-based research on Facebook, a social media platform. From the results, we have found certain estimators which are then used in the analysis of the qualitative approach to unemployment data using Tableau business intelligence software.
