Based on the dual-route models (1), this paper introduces the classification of information resources quality evaluation, and explores the influence of the information quality and the credibility of the online travel notes on the information experience and usage behavior of the users. The research results showed that the four dimensions of quality of travel information: correctness, completeness, relevance and novelty positively influenced the user information experience; Two dimensions of the source credibility, trustworthiness and expertise positively influenced the user information experience; The user information experience further affected the travel notes using behavior; Gender, use experience and publishing platform all significantly regulated the impact of user information experience on user's travel notes using behavior. Based on the research findings, it provides the theoretical basis and suggestions for the effective management of online travel notes.
