摘要
In this article, a total of three new Space Vector Modulation (SVM) techniques are proposed for Dual Threephase Asymmetrical Induction Motor (D3FAIM) drive based on the reduction of the amplitude of peak Common Mode Voltage (CMV) using dual three phase voltage source inverters with additional switches (named H-14). At first, one existing SVM technique is studied (named RSVM), which provides the maximum amplitude of CMV. Using the H-14 inverter, the existing and proposed SVM techniques reduce the amplitude of peak CMV by 33.4 %. A comparative study is carried out based on the reduction of the amplitude of peak CMV using conventional Dual Three Phase Voltage Source Inverters (D3FVSIs) and H-14 inverter. Additionally, all SVM techniques are analysed based on Harmonic Distortion Factor (HDF) and stator current ripple. Finally, results of all SVM techniques are validated based on analytical method, Simulink model, and experimental setup.
