摘要：
The construction and composition of dynamic soft reduction process control system for No.2 bloom continuous casting machine in Pangang was introduced, the function and structure of system internal models such as system management, data communication, and so on were given, and the calculation flow of dynamic soft reduction control model was represented in detail. With stable, reliable and complete function, the system had been used in production, while the integrated qualified rate of blooms central segregation and central porosity defects rating <= 0.5 is over 95%, and the system design requirements were reached.
