摘要
The results of studies of hydrogen distribution in the near-surface layer after electrolytic hydrogenation in a physiological solution of plate-like samples of Ti-0.16Pd alloy with a fine-grained (FG) and ultrafine grained structure (UFG) by glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GD-OES) are presented. An estimate of the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen D-H for samples with FG structure give D-H 7 x 10(-17) m(2)/s and for samples with a UFG structure D-H approximate to 4 x 10(-17) m(2)/s. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that TiH1.4 hydride is formed in the surface layer.
