摘要：
Intact metabolites of 2-[C-14]oleoyl-PC have been separated and identified by HPLC after incubation with castor microsomes. The metabolic pathway of phospholipids was shown to be 2-oleoyl-PC --> 2-ricinoleoyl-PC --> ricinoleate --> triglycerides (e. g. triricinolein). The phospholipase A(2) strongly favored release of ricinoleate over other fatty acids from PC.
