摘要
Two new sesquiterpene glycosides, 11R, 12-dihydroxy-6(7)-spirovetiven-8-one-9-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and rishitin M1-13-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), have been isolated from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum. Their structures were established by spectroscopicmethods including H-1, C-13, and 2D NMR. The absolute configuration of the side chain in compound 1 was determined as R by NOESY and NOE difference spectra.
