摘要
With the rapid development of multimedia technology and internet, video surveillance technology has been widely applied to various fields of people's daily life, and it is important to study the application of video surveillance in intelligent traffic. Object: The design is for traffic video monitoring, and the traffic lights can be controlled through the video processing technology. Studying the relevant information obtained from the traffic video, the traffic lights can be controlled. Step: First, use the improved frame difference method, which is called as finite difference method, to pick up moving vehicle. Then, remove the noise using dilation and corrosion algorithm, which belong to mathematical morphology operation. Finally, count the vehicle data using the virtual loop method, and return the traffic flow information which acts as reference information of traffic lights controlling.
