摘要：
Although the potential of ports as logistics centre have been widely recognized, a widely accepted model to measure the performance of port logistics have yet to be developed. The essence of logistics is an integrative approach to different process within an extended network of organizations. This paper seeks to develop a framework of port logistics through conceptualizing ports from a logistics approach. Analytic Hierarchy Process is suggested to use in the model processing.
