Fuzzy synthetic evaluation applied to port logistics performance evaluation

摘要
This paper sets up analysis model of port logistics arrangement based on the application of Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process, and constructs the index system of logistics performance assessment. It calculates every index weight with the weighting method-G, based on differential principle, appraises comprehensive performance adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Adopting an average weighting method, we get every quantitative appraisal factor index and educe port logistics comprehensive performance outcome. The verification by experiment of Ningbo port logistics performance is a real response of performance status, and provides theoretical foundation for development and correction of Ningbo port, after discussion for evaluation results, some suggestions and policy options are put forward.
