摘要
This paper identifies and analyses the factors setting up the visitors' psychological comfort in natural protected areas and the satisfaction about the tourist experience.These factors have been analyzed in four Valencian Natural Protected Areas (Font Roja, Albufera, Tuna and Islas Columbretes) from direct and participant observation, in-depth interviews to key stakeholders, as well as an amount of 2,749 visitors' surveys.
