摘要
A multiple degree of freedom(MDOF) model describing vehicle motion is set up and a sliding mode controller based on the NDOF vehicle model is designed. The responses of the vehicle in frequency domain are simulated considering a normal road of B grade. Their response mean square roots are also calculated. The robustness of the controller is investigated by using different vehicle parameters such as vehicle mass. Simulation results show that the controller demonstrates a good stability and robustness to parameter. variations. Improvement. in ride comfort is aimed by decreasing the amplitudes of body acceleration, pitch angular acceleration and deflections in the front or rear suspension.
