School Administrators' Political Skills in Terms of the Financial Management of Schools

摘要
The aim of the study is to present the opinions of school administrators on the use of political skills in terms of the management of school finance and to present suggestions. As a research design, the phenomenological research design, one of the qualitative research methods and inductive research approach were used. The participants were selected by criterion sampling, one of the purposeful sampling methods. 20 school administrators who work as school administrators are in the study group of the research. At the end of the study, the school administrators emphasized the theme: "Education should be based on human development." in their views on the economic role of education and the provision of financing. "Networking ability" and "interpersonal influence" were the most widely used political skills. "Networking ability" was more prominent for the management of the expectations of the school environment which contributed to the financing of school. "The use of interpersonal influence" in the use of political skills was most emphasized
