On relations between organization learning and staff creative capacity - A survey of 63 SMBs in Zhejiang province

摘要
My paper aims to put forward the correlated relation between companies' organizational learning and creative capabilities on the basis of documentary comments. The writer gets the four measuring factors, which are, conditions on learning information technology, external environment, learning environment of individual and team and learning regulatory framework of organizational learning in privately-owned small and medium-sized businesses after a survey made in Zhejiang Province It is found that there are direct correlations between each factors of privately-owned small and medium-sized businesses and workers" creative capabilities through correlation analysis and regression analysis. The writer gets a number of valuable conclusions.
