Empirical Study of the Relationship between Paternalistic Leadership and Employee Performance-Based on the Questionnaire Survey of 10 Private Enterprises in Zhejiang province

摘要
Based on the questionnaire Survey of 10 private enterprises in Zhejiang province, the authors discuss the relationship between paternalistic leadership and employee performance. The survey shows that dimensionalities of paternalistic leadership can prominently predict the dimensionalities of employee performance. Specifically, authoritarian leadership has no impact on employee performance; while benevolence leadership and morality leadership have positive impacts on employee performance. This research may provide reference to improve employee performance.
