摘要
Solar dermatoses are reputed to be rare occurrences in domestic carnivores in view of their natural photo-protection. In certain conditions, the sun's rays are nevertheless responsible for the appearance of skin lesions in both the dog and cat. These rays also either cause or aggravate different cutaneous pathologies which are described in this article from the clinical, histological and therapeutic points of view. Emphasis is placed both on the management of these disorders at the onset, and on the importance of photo-protection inpatients at risk.
